Our History
Sindoni Consulting & Management Services, Inc. was founded in 2007 by Anthony Sindoni. Originally based in Los Angeles, SCMS now has offices in Costa Mesa, San Leandro, and Sacramento where the primary business is providing Commissioning, BMS Design, and Project/Construction Management Services various industries, primarily Healthcare (Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, Pharmacies, etc.) Health Sciences and Laboratories, Higher Education Facilities, and Central Utility Plants.
Our Objective
SCMS’s objective is to provide effective project management, construction management, commissioning, and other technical services which support the successful design, construction, startup, and turnover of your project in a technically proficient, cost-effective and timely manner.
