Our History
Sindoni Consulting & Management Services, Inc. was founded in 2007 by Anthony Sindoni. Originally based in Los Angeles, SCMS now has offices in Costa Mesa, San Leandro, and Sacramento California where the primary business is providing Project Management, Construction Management, and Commissioning for various industrial construction projects, including Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, Laboratories, Higher Education Facilities, and Central Utility Plants.
The company boasts a strong group of experienced MEP and Architectural Project Managers and Commissioning Engineers who come from the Design and Construction industries and can support the successful completion of such projects.
Objective
SCMS’s objective is to provide effective project management, construction management, commissioning, and other technical services which support the successful design, construction, startup, and turnover of your project in a technically proficient, cost-effective and timely manner. SCMS will perform this function with a focus on delivering a fully-functional and energy-efficient building project that supports both the safety and comfort of the building personnel.
