Anthony Sindoni has over 25 years of experience providing technical support and project management across a wide variety of construction industries, and over 15 years of commissioning experience on large, complex healthcare and laboratory projects. Anthony founded SCMS in 2007 with the desire to provide industry leading commissioning and project management services to the California construction industry.
Bill Tate has been working in the California Construction industry over 25 years and has been with SCMS since our inception in 2007. He has provided commissioning services on over 100 SCMS projects and has provided key Project/Construction Management support of multiple hospitals, laboratories, and medical centers including Kaiser Los Angeles Medical Center, Kaiser Regional Laboratory, Kaiser Moreno Valley Hospital and Central Plant and currently the Lucas Museum of Natural Art Project.
Adam Williams is a Mechanical PE with over 30 years of experience with programming and commissioning of Mechanical and Controls Systems. He has been with SCMS since 2008 and has been the Commissioning Authority on well over 200 SCMS projects. He specializes in Sequence of Operations review, controls programming, and development of Functional Performance Test procedures. Adam has worked on many high-profile projects for SCMS, the most notable being the Kaiser Permanente San Diego Central Medical Center which was the first LEED Double-Platinum certified Hospital in the World.
Jeff Kelly is a Mechanical PE with over 35 years of experience in project management and commissioning for various industries including, healthcare, Nuclear Power, and utilities. Mr. Kelly manages the commissioning program and technical resources in the Northern California region (San Leandro and Sacramento). His process driven approach supports commissioning projects from a system operation and critical schedule perspective. Notable projects that Jeff Kelly has managed with SCMS are Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, Stanford New Adult Hospital, and Sutter Health California Pacific Medical Center Van Ness & Geary Hospital.
Brad Tuttle is a Sr. Commissioning Project Manager and leads our Controls Design Division. He is Mechanical PE with over 30 years of experience and has been with SCMS since 2015. Brad is familiar with all aspects MEP+C Systems, but his specialty areas of expertise are in Mechanical Systems, Building Management Systems, and Energy Savings Measures including implementation of ASHRAE 36 Guidelines. Brad also has significant experience working with Fault Detections and Diagnostics (FD&D) Software’s such as Clockworks, SkySpark, and Melrok. Notable projects that Brad has been involved with include Sharp Chula Vista New Hospital Tower, UC San Diego Altman Clinical Translational Research Institute (CTRI), and Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park.
Brian Sarrail is a Mechanical PE and LEED Accredited Professional. He is Commissioning Project Manager that has been with SCMS since 2012. He has extensive California Healthcare construction industry experience having worked with a large General Contractor prior to joining SCMS. He areas of expertise are Mechanical and Plumbing System design and operation. Brian has managed multiple campus infrastructure master plan (IMP) projects for Kaiser Permanente including Zion Medical Center, Fontana Medical Center, and Riverside Medical Center as well over 3M Sq. ft. of student housing projects for UCSD. Notable projects include, UC San Diego Outpatient Pavilion, Kaiser Permanente Carson Medical Office Building, and Kaiser Permanente Cerritos Medical Office Building.
Tyler Jones is a Mechanical PE with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been with SCMS since 2012 and has been involved with many of our Northern California projects including all of the new Hospital constructions projects. He specializes in DDC Controls design and analysis of HVAC systems for applications related to energy efficiency and load-shedding. Tyler also has significant experience working with Fault Detection and Diagnostic (FD&D) software including Clockworks, Skyspark, and Melrok. Notable projects include, Kaiser Permanente Redwood City New Hospital, Central Plant, and Specialty MOB, Sutter Health California Pacific Medical Center Van Ness & Geary Hospital, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, and Stanford New Adult Hospital.
Scott Gordon is a Mechanical PE registered in California and Hawaii, and LEED Accredited Professional. He has been with SCMS since 2020 and has over 28 years of experience in the commissioning, engineering, and building construction industry. Scott is a certified ACG Commissioning Authority and also is part of the ACG Certification Council. Scott’s background is in mechanical systems design including heating/cooling, air distribution, and specialty ventilation. He also has strong background in Building Automation Systems (BAS). Notable projects that Scott has worked on include, Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center, UC Santa Barbara Trace Metal Lab, multiple Cedars Sinai Pharmacy projects, and UC Los Angeles Olive View Medical Center.
Ryan Rowe is a Mechanical Engineer, Certified Commissioning Authority with ACG and LEED Accredited BD+C Professional who has over 10 years of experience providing commissioning services for healthcare, laboratories, and data center projects. Ryan has been with SCMS since 2012 and has been involved in all facets of the SCMS process from field implementation of functional testing to project management, and technical oversight of projects.
