Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (Anderson Tower and Central Plant)

SCMS provided full MEP Commissioning Services on this 460K Sq. Ft. hospital in downtown San Francisco. This project included LEED equivalent energy requirements and complexity of tie-in to existing campus systems including central plant. SCMS also provided construction/project management services and technical support after the project was completed. This project was completed in 2010.
