Stanford New Adult Hospital

SCMS provided full LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning Services for the 824K Sq. Ft. new hospital on the University of Stanford Campus. SCMS also commissioned the project steam plant which is shared with the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital. This project was completed in 2019 and certified LEED Gold.
