University of California Irvine – Medical Center OSHPD and non-OSHPD Central Plants

SCMS provided LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning Services for both of these central plant projects that serve the UCI Medical Center Campus, the OSHPD Plant was 4,500 q. Ft. and the non-OSHPD-Plant was 8K Sq. Ft. Both projects were certified LEED Silver and completed in 2020.
