SCMS provided LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning Services for this 156K Sq. Ft. for this OSHPD-3 Building that provides specialty surgeries in support services to Jacobs Medical Center. This project also included tie-into existing systems including an existing Central plant. This project was completed in 2018 and certified LEED Gold.
