Based on our BMS background and experience, SCMS recently added a Building Management System (BMS) controls and instrumentation design services division to our Commissioning and MEP Construction/Project Management Services. SCMS multiple Engineers and Project Manager’s from the building automation industry with extensive controls design and implementation experience. BMS Controls Design services include:

• Developing related BAS Controls Specifications and Requirements to meet the new standards
• BAS Controls design including System Architecture Drawings, Controls Drawings, Sequence of Operations, BAS Construction Administration, etc.
• Proactively working with the IT department or requirements and inter-relation requirements
