Kaiser Permanente San Marco Medical Center

SCMS provided full LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services for this new Kaiser Permanente Medical Center which consisted of a 420K Sq. Ft. hospital tower and a 23K Sq. Ft. central plant. The central plant also serviced the Medical office building that was built previously and commissioned by SCMS. This project was completed in 2023 and was certified LEED Platinum.
