University of San Diego – Nuevo East and West Housing Project

SCMS Provided full LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning Services for this 10 Building + Parking Structure, 1.1M Sq. Ft. of new housing on the UCSD Campus. The East and West locations were completed in 2020 and certified LEED Gold.
